performance analysis of file structures on the disk devices.
In operation, the program accesses the disk devices directly, so it requires Administrator privileges.
Operating system Windows XP program inherits the access rights of the user with whom he works on the computer.
Therefore, it can only work under a user account with the appropriate rights. If not, then the program
generates a message (Fig. 1).

In Windows Vista and above, the program retrieves the access rights separately from the rights of access,
using its user. Therefore, the program should run them in Windows Explorer, click with the right mouse button on
the program's name and in the drop down menu select "Run as administrator", Fig 2.

The access rights of the program can be set in the program properties from Windows Explorer by right-click on
the name and selecting the appropriate option in its properties, "Run this program as administrator"
