When the Free help function is activated, a drop-down submenu appears on the display screen, shown in Fig. 88.

This submenu consists of seven items:
- Free consultation.
- Remote Recovery.
- About the program.
- The program page on the Internet.
Free consultation at Fomsoft Lab.
When this sub-item is called, a form is displayed on the display screen, shown in Fig. 89.

After sending the completed form, it receives a confirmation from the Fomsoft server at the specified address about the reception of the request for
consultation. The request will be reviewed by specialists of Fomsoft Laboratories. After considering the request for the specified
e-mail address will be sent a response and relevant suggestions.
Fomsoft Internet remote recovery service.
If the user for some reason does not want to solve the problem of data loss on his own, he can
use the services of the Fomsoft Lab
and entrust the implementation of work to restore data to its employees.
